Location:Noida, India, or Remote

Responsibilities:

- Product Development:Lead the development of the HealthX platform, ensuring it meets the needs of healthcare providers and aligns with Jindal Healthcare's strategic goals.

- Roadmap Management:Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market demand, stakeholder input, and business value.

- Market Research:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product development and positioning.

- Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

- User Experience:Champion a user-centric approach to product design and development, ensuring HealthX provides an intuitive and effective user experience.

- Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements.

- Adoption Strategies:Develop and implement strategies to drive the adoption of HealthX among healthcare providers, including training, marketing, and support initiatives.

- Compliance:Ensure that HealthX complies with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA.

Required Experience:

- Product Management:Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare technology or RCM domain.

- Technical Proficiency:Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and business intelligence applications in healthcare.

- Project Management:Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, from conception through to execution and post-launch evaluation.

- Analytical Skills:Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

- Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and requirements to diverse stakeholders.

- Team Collaboration:Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a track record of leading through influence.

- Market Insight:Deep understanding of the healthcare market, including trends, regulatory environment, and customer pain points.

Education:Bachelor's/ Master's

Degree:In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
