Responsibility:
- A business development manager is a sales professional who helps an organization grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Their duties include:
(a) Cold calling/Searching for new clients with knowledge of the local market.
(b) Engage for new registration/empanelment.
(c) Finding new potential services to offer to the customer.
(d) Helping the company to expand to new markets.
(e) Proposal submission, negotiation, order closure.
(f) Identification of long-term methods to increase value through the development of relationships, market & customers.
(g) Coordination with the service delivery team as required for tasks & implementation.
(h) Meeting the revenue targets consistently.
(i) Invoicing & collection.
(j) Maintain client relationship, submission of reports/customized reports.
(k) Expand the business by building & managing the team.
