We're Hiring: Assistant Manager of Sales in Delhi Moti Nagar!.

Jindalx, a leading name in global business outsourcing and part of the $30 billion OP Jindal Group, is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Manager of Sales at our Delhi Moti Nagar location. We are searching for a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our team and drive our sales operations to new heights.

Working Days: 6 days a week.

About the Role:


- As the Assistant Manager of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our sales processes.

- You will be responsible for leading a team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

- Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, analysis of sales metrics, and continuous improvement of our sales operations.

Experience Required:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in a sales process, where you have demonstrated the ability to manage a sales team and achieve targets.

- Alternatively, candidates with 5-6 years of experience as a Senior Team Leader or Team Leader with a solid background in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Requirements:

- Proven Hardcore Sales Experience: You should have a robust track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and managing sales teams effectively.

- Knowledge of BPO Sales Metrics: Familiarity with key BPO sales metrics and performance indicators is crucial for this role.

- This includes understanding conversion rates, sales funnels, and customer acquisition costs.

- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and performance expectations.

- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, negotiate deals, and build relationships with clients and team members.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and high team performance.
