Roles & Responsibilities ;

- Dealer base expansion.

- Order taking and execution from dealers.

- Operating retail stores.

- Experience of working in pre-defined PJP.

- Site visits.

- Mason and engineers meets and engagements.

- Dealer meets.

- Road shows.

- Execution of all outdoor signages.

- Leading and managing ASO teams of distributors.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in B2B & B2C sales and marketing preferably in the construction product segment like TMT, Cement and Paints etc.

- Candidates with prior experience of working with reputed brands like TATA Tiscon, Dalmia Cements etc. will be given preference.

- Candidates with good understanding of North- East Market for TMT and cement and the dealer networks will be preferred.

- Female candidate preferred for - Faridabad
