Role & Responsibilities :
- Dealer base expansion
- Order taking and execution from dealers
- Operating retail stores
- Experience of working in pre-defined PJP
- Site visits
- Mason and engineers meets and engagements
- Dealer meets & Road shows
- Execution of all outdoor signage's
- Leading and managing ASO teams of distributors
- Developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand
- Plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability Exploring market trends and opportunities
- Analyse sales funnels and customer intent
- Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
- Track all India BTL/ATL activities
- Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media
- Engagement Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
- Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Recommend website and campaign optimizations
- Research and implement marketing tools to support product promotion
- Work closely with sales team to identify opportunities for new customer acquisitions
- Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
Required Experience:
- 1. Minimum 4-5 years' experience in B2B & B2C sales and marketing preferably in the construction product segment like TMT, Cement and Paints etc.
- 2. Candidates with prior experience of working with reputed brands like TATA Tiscon, Dalmia Cements etc. will be given preference.
3. Candidates with good understanding of North- East Market for TMT and cement and the dealer networks will be preferred.
