Job Purpose :

To maintain material flow alignment with respect to sales plan, raw material, line loadings and order position. This position will be responsible for co-ordinating with sales, quality, manufacturing and logistics to achieve the dispatch target and optimize the inventory. The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding sales and planning along with good communication and soft skills.

Job Duties/Responsibilities :

- Material flow alignment and dispatch with respect to sales plan in perspective of manufacturing units.

- Line loading and order positioning in MTA or MTO

- Monitor fresh order feasibility and visibility as per sales plan along with controlling TPI, LD, and Partial Over due, OTIF and dispatch targets of the month.

- Regular coordination with various manufacturing units for daily production & resolve the constraints to increase the throughput.

- Daily review of day to day planning of all work centers.

- Monitoring of planned, unplanned/Non-moving WIP and FG on basis of stock ageing.

Education : B.Tech or MBA

Experience : More than 7-8 Yrs

Required Skill Set :

- Relevant experience will be advantageous

- ERP & Excel proficiency

- Good communication Skills

- Ability to lead the team
