Business Analyst - CRM & Product Development
Job Description :
Key Objectives :
- Candidate will be a team member of the CRM & Product development team who are responsible for overseeing the development and sustenance of the IT Systems powering the JetPrivilege programme
- The role requires all-round Business Analysis skills to take the lead in managing the implementation of new products and projects which will include but not limited to the following functions:
- Business and functional requirement gathering and documentation by liaising with other functional groups within and outside the company like business, marketing, operations, finance etc.
- Oversee the software development life cycle to ensure smooth and high quality delivery via outsourced vendors
- Create, execute and manage project plan and timelines for projects
- Change Request Management post project go live
- Managing business as usual IT relationships
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills required
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with CRM Development and Product team members to manage the CRM system, Email Management system and other core IT based products which run the program
- Prepare Business Requirement & other key documents for internal teams to support new needs or changes to requirements or improvements to program functions or processes, and the resulting steps required to develop or modify the applications and processes.
- Driving progress against the plan, managing status meetings, etc.
- Ensure that changes are in line with the overall system design, and business strategies.
- Monitor development and testing effort for all changes in your area, and keep the related users informed of progress.
- Work closely with existing partners, suppliers, and internal Client Services team, ensuring that the all IT operational interfaces work smoothly and efficiently and provide support in the resolution of any problems.
- Regular monitoring and collation of KPI reports (conformance to SLAs, Volume/Capacity monitoring, Data Quality targets etc)
- Collaborate with other units on special projects to support the development of processes and operations through effective use of the various systems and processes.
- Contribute to internal reviews to recommend processes to help maintain and improve service levels.
Desired Qualifications :
- Graduate or a post graduate degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics or an equivalent science degree
- Business Analysis experience within complex IT systems using multi- tier architecture.
- Ability to take an analytical approach, and make recommendations based on analysis
- Knowledge and exposure to CRM/Enterprise level systems and processes
- Knowledge and exposure to Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team to accomplish goals.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
