Liaison & coordinate across functions - marketing, operations, analytics, ecommerce, finance as well as Jet Airways' teams to identify & resolve any process gaps and ensure smooth partner & member experience
Promotion planning, execution and tracking- Ideation on various campaigns w.r.t a specific partner or category of product and execution of the same
Be aware of all contractual commitments from both sides under the relationship and ensure they are delivered & Track contract dates and proactively initiate renewals with ample time to address any queries and re-do the contract. Ensure partner retention per targets.
Ensure timely receipt of activity data from Partners to reduce service queries & for timely invoicing.
Manage the monthly billing process and ensure that invoicing & payments are as per identified timelines & follow-up for outstanding amounts if applicable and ensure payments are made
Monitor the promotions' performance closely, analyse campaign response and share feedback on the success of the campaigns with partners which could further help to plan the future promotions. Build member insights for Partners and use them to drive Partner KPIs.
Maintaining an active relationship with the partner through frequent interactions and meetings and keeping them aware of new features & developments in JetPrivilege programme from time to time
Resolve service related queries received from partners or from JetPrivilege service team in a timely & efficient manner so as to minimize escalations
Actively track Partner performance against budgeted numbers and take timely action to achieve budgeted numbers.
Ensure partner information is represented accurately and used legitimately with proper permissions on JetPrivilege properties at all times and vice-versa.
OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
Will need an ability to see the big picture, analyse market structures and find the right opportunities within the operating constraints. Needs an analytical / thinking bent of mind.
Will need a proactive approach and an ability to work under uncertainty and pressure
Should be presentable, relate to people easily at all levels and have strong communication skills Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of Client Servicing / business development roles and/or go-to market planning / consulting roles pertaining to Partnerships
