Jet Privilege Private Limited (JPPL) is an independent, loyalty and rewards Management Company formed in 2014, post the strategic alliance between Jet Airways and Etihad Airways, with the aim to manage, market, operate and further develop JetPrivilege - an internationally acclaimed award winning loyalty and rewards programme.
Post the strategic alliance between Jet Airways and Etihad Airways, Jet Privilege Private Limited is now a part of the Etihad Loyalty Group which was formed to build the world's most relevant and customer centric loyalty business. The Etihad Loyalty Group comprises of 4 loyalty programmes, 7 airlines and over 60 customer interfaces.
JPPL is implementing several digital technologies around web, social, campaign, analytics that would drive improved member experience.
Responsibilities :
- As a Digital Architect, he/she will be responsible for designing, developing and managing end to end digital B2C ecosystem of JPPL - web, campaign, social, analytics and ensure seamless integration, user experience across all channels
- Lead integration of Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions across web, content management, campaign management, social
- Build omni-channel digital landscape for customers across all touchpoints
- Develop digital landscape and footprint of customers and drive better user experience
- Work closely with Marketing team & Product Development teams to provide architecture oversight and technology support
- Program manage large digital projects and work closely with vendors for implementation & BAU
- Develop digital solutions and experiences in-line with customer journey and user experiences
- Ensure seamless system integration between digital products like SSO, CDN, CRM and Adobe suite
- Work closely with senior management to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Analyse, assess, design and manage end to end technology solutions
- Develop business case for implementing new solutions and time / cost / resource requirements
- Define business process maps and customer journey to initiate technology solution
- Create information architecture, data integration and high level data model for various solutions
- Develop application integration landscape and service oriented architecture for the overall solution
- Drive end to end execution working closely with Partners / vendors and business
Technical Skills :
- Should have hands on experience on Adobe marketing Cloud product suite incl. AEM, Campaign, Target, Social, Analytics
- Should have worked as digital architect / technical lead in designing complex business and customer facing projects
- Should have exposure to B2C implementations and digital solutions
- Should have experience in service oriented architecture and areas like Enterprise Service Bus, API Gateway
- Should have experience in designing user experience, customer journeys and UI
- Should have experience in Agile project delivery
- Prior experience on technologies like JAVA, SQL, data modelling, SOA etc
- Certified in technology management practices like ITIL v3, PMI, TOGAF etc is preferred

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and coordinate tasks across different teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective project management with focus on time and cost
