JDA Software - Senior Product Manager

Seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate with deep knowledge and understanding of big data, SaaS platforms and Data Management. The candidate should have relevant experience in SaaS based data ingestion, data lakes, in-memory computations, API gateway, various communication protocols, fast onboarding, data -validations, authoring, error corrections, harmonization, synchronization, augmentation, etc., and a perspective on cost and pricing of such solution components.

- An understanding of Supply chains and Retail is an added advantage. The job will entail molding the technology components to deliver business value to supply chain and retail customers.

- 5 to 8 years of relevant product management experience is expected.

Senior Product Manager Role :

Possesses deep knowledge of a few functional- areas within a single product or a broad understanding of the entire product and how the product provides business value for our customers. At this level, he is a key- contributor to the requirements definition- new features and is working closely with the development team.

- Working with User Experience and Support to assure smooth installation and adoption.

- Keeps abreast of the new changes in the industry and- analyzes how they can be applied to JDA products and future requirements.

- Communicates to the Product Director- to raise awareness of the potential risks related to Applications within the Project.

- Risks could be arising from technical debt present in an application, technology evolution.

- Ensures the solution built satisfies business- requirements.

- Collaborates across teams around functional and solution- issues.

- Responds to queries from internal and external sources (within project team or across project teams, services teams).

- Has the ability to generate ideas for how our products can make our customers more successful.

- Trusted advisor for functional questions / concerns for key critical/complex modules within the Product.
