Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Total Rewards to oversee and manage all aspects of the compensation and benefits functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, statutory payments, income tax returns, and ensuring smooth and compliant execution of the full rewards cycle.
- Key responsibilities include handling income tax queries, managing Form 16 processing, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations while delivering effective HR services in the areas of payroll and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Income Tax Returns: Prepare and manage income tax returns and respond to queries from the Income Tax department.
- Form 16 Processing: Handle the timely and accurate processing of Form 16 for employees.
- Reimbursements: Oversee non-taxable component reimbursements for employees.
- Payroll Management: Ensure the smooth and timely processing of the monthly payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Full & Final Settlement: Manage the complete full and final settlement process, including gratuity payments.
- Statutory Compliance: Oversee statutory payments (Provident Fund, ESI, etc.), ensuring timely submission and compliance.
- Audit & Finance: Ensure all audit-related data is provided to the finance department accurately and on time.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit regular Management Information System (MIS) reports related to compensation and benefits.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: PG qualification in ICWA (CMA) or CA in any specialization.
- Experience: Proven experience in compensation & benefits management with a strong focus on payroll, statutory payments, and income tax compliance.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Income Tax Return processing, Audit Data, and Payroll Processing.
- Hands-on experience with statutory compliance and non-taxable component reimbursements.
- Strong proficiency in preparing MIS reports for senior management
- In-depth knowledge of Form 16 and Full & Final settlement processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
