Java Delivery Lead - Software Development Projects

We have a senior opportunity for Java Delivery Lead with one of our client for Mumbai location.

Job Description:

- Strong experience in Java, J2EE technology background

- Strong experience in fixed price custom software development projects

- Good experience in AMS projects, Preventive Risk and Issue management

- Management of teams developing enhancing applications and supporting in production

- Take complete ownership and ensure to deliver assigned projects on schedule with quality

- Monitor project baseline to ensure activities progressing as planned

- Manage P&L for projects ensuring margins and client SLAs are consistently met

- Create and implement strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget

- Know-how of Agile methodologies
