Java Architect - BFSI

Responsibilities :

As the Senior architect, the associate has the responsibility for working alongside the development team to ensure quality of new implementations related to this Technology initiative.

The job primarily involves :

- Senior Architect, Developer having hands on experiencing in designing and developing.

- Understanding the requirement and perform program design, coding and development

- Perform Unit testing and integration testing

- Strong sense of personal responsibility.

- Strong interest and ability to learn new technologies

- Requirements capture and Data analysis

- Managing stakeholder expectations

- Risk identification and escalating risks and communicating in a timely and organised fashion

Requirements

Must Have: Skills

- Should have excellent programming skills in Java, J2EE.

- Should have good experience in JMS, Relates - XSL, XPATH, XQuery, XSLT, Web Services and SOA.

- Should have experience in Scala/ Python.

- Should have good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms

- Excellent communication Skills

- Proven capability to work with business and technical people.

- Has experience of full project life cycle in both waterfall, agile and iterative methodologies

- Individual performer

- Pro-active, can follow processes and can work without micro-management

Good to Have Skills:

- Knowledge on Akka or Play framework.

- Exposure to in Financial services experience, particularly investment banking

Education Qualification:

- BE/B Tech/M Tech preferably Computer Science and Engineering or MCA
