Vice President of TMT Consulting
The VP, TMT Consulting directly contributes to a portfolio of business and delivers the highest possible quality work against all measures- i.e. high caliber of insights, timely delivery, and powerful packaging for internalization and impact - all while meeting the specific strategic challenge. The VP, TMT consulting takes accountability for uncovering and delivering relevant insights and strategic recommendations that translate to exquisite client experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identifying, and implementing, potential solutions for a specific challenge or client's problem.
- Analyze, design, and implement business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
- Inspires confidence in clients based on knowledge of TMT domain, market research expertise, and ability to pull insight through to actionable strategic recommendations.
- Responsible for all project specific requirements and has the ultimate accountability for all projects under their supervision.
- Capably coaches and develops strategy team members (including Directors, Senior Managers/ Managers, Analysts), enabling their successful growth toward proficiency and expertise across the full range of offerings.
- Builds strong, trusted relationships with current and prospective clients. Inspires clients by presenting a point of view and influencing their decisions (working in collaboration with the Business Development team).
- Provides strategic leadership and oversight on proposals (RFPs).
- Participates in business development meetings; identifies upsell opportunities. Can lead a broad range of proposal responses with success and proficiency.
- Bring in and apply outside thinking, and consistently pull through more complex innovation related ideas to create strategic solutions. Expert and advocate of Jasper Colin's products, tools and best practices.
- Works seamlessly with all Strategist levels. Fosters strong relationships with people in all other departments.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Advanced graduate degree typically required (e.g. MBA, PhD, etc.); equivalent work experience may also be accepted depending on country or practice
- 15+ years of experience as a consultant in a professional services firm.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
