- Lead and manage end-to-end primary research projects, including survey design, fieldwork management, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

- Coordinate with internal teams (data analysts, field operations, and clients) to ensure timely and successful delivery of research projects.

- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the research process, ensuring clear communication and a smooth project experience.

- Understand client needs and business objectives, translating them into actionable research designs.

- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity and value.

Research Design & Methodology:

- Design and implement custom primary research methodologies, including quantitative (e.g., surveys, structured interviews) and qualitative (e.g., focus groups, in-depth interviews) techniques.

- Develop and manage research tools (e.g., questionnaires, discussion guides) to ensure high-quality, reliable data collection.

- Apply appropriate research techniques to address complex business questions and objectives.

Data Collection & Quality Assurance:

- Oversee the data collection process to ensure high data quality and adherence to best practices.

- Manage external vendors (e.g., field agencies, panel providers) to ensure smooth execution of fieldwork.

- Conduct regular quality checks to monitor data integrity and address any issues promptly.

Analysis & Insights Generation:

- Work closely with data analysts to interpret research findings and translate them into actionable business insights.

- Collaborate with the insights team to synthesize data and develop compelling narratives for clients.

- Provide strategic recommendations based on research outcomes, helping clients make informed decisions.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior research staff, supporting their professional development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, marketing, and strategy, to integrate research insights into broader business solutions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes, methodologies, and tools within the organization.
