Role Description:

- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development professional to join our team on a full-time basis.

- The position is based on-site in Chennai, India, offering the opportunity to work closely with our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.

- Generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed sales targets.

Market Research:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.

- Analyze market data to develop targeted sales strategies and identify potential clients.

Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Client Communication:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present our solutions convincingly.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Collaboration and Independence:

- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, sales data, and client needs, enabling the development of effective sales strategies.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.

Lead Generation Experience:

- Proven track record in generating leads and converting them into successful business relationships.

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
