Jarvis is a political consulting firm working closely with leading political parties and governments in strategizing, ideating and implementing large-scale political campaigns and government initiatives. We are a young and enthusiastic team, which aims to build a leading political consultancy firm in the country. Members of the team are from top educational and professional institutions of the country (e.g. IIT, ISB, IIM etc.) and have been handling political campaigns at national and state level from past 3 years.
We seek to re-define how political leadership engages with the citizens using cutting edge technology, data analytics, new age media, research and professional management practices in the political ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing
- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule
interviews.
- Should be able to prepare and post jobs as per the manpower requisition in the organisation.
- Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
- Issuance of any document required by employees (Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letters etc)
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities-
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee on the HRIS Systems-
- Employee Onboarding and Induction.
- Employee Leave and Attendance management.
- Having Experience in Team handling is must.
In terms of educational background, skills and experience, we expect that:
- Experience in HR Generalist role with Minimum 2 years of experience.
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft office tools like MS-Excel, MS-Word, Powerpoint
- You will need the right mind-set to thrive and grow in a young and enthusiastic firm like ours.
