Jarvis is a political consulting organization working closely with leading political parties and governments in strategizing, ideating and implementing large-scale political campaigns and government initiatives. We are a young and enthusiastic team, which aims to build a leading political consultancy firm in the country. Members of the team are from top educational and professional institutions of the country (e.g. IIT, ISB, IIM etc.) and have been handling political campaigns at national and state level from past 3 years.

We seek to redefine how political leadership engages with the citizens using cutting edge technology, data analytics, new age media, research and professional management practices in the political ecosystem.

About the role: Program Manager

- Design processes for new projects, set operational metrics for tracking them, own their end to end execution.

- Strategizing and executing all project related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activations.

- Coordinate cross functionally with design, technology and call center teams to execute projects

- Responsible for managing the on ground team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets.

- Strategize and ideate long term and short term action plan for the clients, along with the senior management.

- Create project plans, milestones, timelines, resource requirements etc. for project implementation.

- Showcase proactive stakeholder management to ensure long-term relationship of the firm with our clients.

- Generate daily report for higher management and clients showcasing day-on-day progress of the project/new initiatives

Desired Profile:

- Should have a minimum relevant experience of 4+ Years with 2 Years of experience in Operations.

- You are an undergraduate/postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, BITS - Pilani, IIM, ISB, NITIE).

- Ground level sales experience, handled operations and P&L for a large organization.

- Having an experience of Operations in a consumer tech based Startup is a plus.

- Strong Analytical Skills, should be great with numbers and have intermediate skills in Excel.
