Jarvis is a political consulting firm working closely with leading political parties and governments in strategizing, ideating and implementing large-scale political campaigns and government initiatives. We are a young and enthusiastic team, which aims to build a leading political consultancy firm in the country. Members of the team are from top educational and professional institutions of the country (e.g. IIT, ISB, IIM etc.) and have been handling political campaigns at national and state level from past 3 years.

We seek to re-define how political leadership engages with the citizens using cutting edge technology, data analytics, new age media, research and professional management practices in the political ecosystem.

About the role: Digital Media Marketer - Social Media

We are looking for a Digital Media Marketer to run digital marketing/promotional campaigns. In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of creation and optimizing ads on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc), Google Ads, and search engine marketing (SEM). You will directly work with the social media head to formulate digital marketing strategy and implement them.

Job responsibilities:

- Responsible for increasing direct indirect reach of marketing campaigns at minimum cost.

- Creating, monitoring and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns (FB Likes, Google Ads etc)

- Creating monthly spends budget with the help of Social Media head

- Making reports on our key marketing metrics on a weekly basis to track performance of our campaigns and take informed decisions.

- Oversee performance of all social media platforms and channels in order to ensure a common standard of excellence

- Initiating cross-promotional marketing, build strategic partnership with other dominant players with an aim to increase indirect reach of our content.

Requirements for the Job:

- Experience in running and optimizing Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, SEM etc

- Experience in designing and monitoring direct mailer campaigns

- Extensive understanding of digital and social marketing industry trends, tactics, current events, and user behavior

- Understanding of Social media Analytics tools and Google Analytics
