Members of the team are from top educational and professional institutions of the country (e.g. IIT, ISB, IIM etc.) and have been handling political campaigns at national and state level from past 3 years.

About the role: Finance Manager/Controller
We are looking for an experienced financial manager/controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing relationship with clients for monthly budget and approvals.
- Managing vendor payments and vendor relationship.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Working with company secretary to ensure that decisions of the board of directors are implemented.
- Working on business finance for creating budgets as part of their financial planning strategies.
- Plan fund allocation in coordination with directors and project management team.
- Regularizing and ensuring timely disbursement of monthly expenses like payroll, reimbursement, recurring payments.
- Managing banking relationship and company account.
- Manage accounting team for day to day operations.
- Should have proficient knowledge about GST and TDS Filings, PT Returns and Filings.
- Should have managed a team of accountants and has setup all the processes to manage all operational activities.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Ensure proper compliance and accuracy. Maintain files and document records.
In terms of educational background, skills and experience, we expect that:
- Proven work experience as a Finance Manager/Controller in mid size organisation.
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/QuickBook).
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
- Leadership abilities.
- Qualified CA with 5+ year experience post qualification.
