About the role:
This role will be directly reporting to the Director of the organization and will be responsible to
- Manage the various critical projects and programs across all the divisions on behalf of the Director
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding action items on the Director's multiple projects.
- Coordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables, targets set and targets achieved
- Maintain and analyse data from various departments. Excel reporting and presentation will be an important part of the role.
- Coordinating and prioritizing the daily activities of the Director & performing the administrative functions in support of the director.
- Follows ups with all the internal organization stakeholders relating to any deviations of standard and report to the Director.
- Electronic Calendar Management, which requires skills to effectively prioritize and schedule the Director's appointments.
- Deal with confidential information in a discreet and appropriate manner, maintain the security of the records and files.
Requirements for the Job :
- 3 - 5 years of a proven track record (post qualification) in assisting at the leadership level, chairman's office or EA to CEO/MD position.
- Educational Background: Engineers and MBAs from top tier institutes would be preferred;
- Excellent academic credentials is a must.
- IT literacy; experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access database software etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment.
- Ability to multitask & prioritize, without losing sight of the larger goals, ability to pay attention to detailing.
- Flexible to take additional responsibilities besides the above listed activities.
