Jarvis is a strategy consulting organization working closely with leading political parties and governments in strategizing, ideating and implementing large-scale political campaigns and government initiatives.

We are a young and enthusiastic team, which aims to build a leading political consultancy firm in the country. Members of the team are from top educational and professional institutions of the country (e.g. IIT, ISB, IIM etc.) and have been handling political campaigns at national and state level from past 4 years.

We seek to redefine how political leadership engages with the citizens using cutting edge technology, data analytics, new age media, research and professional management practices in the political ecosystem.

About the role: Campaign Manager

As an Campaign Manager, you will be working closely with the management to strategize and execute long term and short-term initiatives for our clients and work with the stakeholders to get them implemented. Specifically, here are some of the day-to-day responsibilities that you will handle:

Job responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing campaigns End-to-End from communication point of view

- Develop communication strategy for engaging distributed volunteer/karyakarta/other stakeholders

- Working closely with design team to convert thoughts into final campaigns

- Update with on-going different social media platform engagement matrics.

- Should be able to manage coordination with Internal and External Stakeholders (Eg: Design Team) and execute the campaigns.

Requirements for the Job:

- Candidate must have good understanding and know-how of Marathi language, should be able to converse well and must be able to build a story around random ideas.

- Candidate should be well versed with Communication Marketing - Digital and Offline.

- You are an undergraduate/postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, IIM, TISS, etc.).

- You have 2-4 Years of similar experience.

- Political knowledge is a plus

- Marathi/Hindi/English knowledge on read/write/speak
