Position: As the Zonal Associate Director (Operations), you will take ownership of simultaneous onground project execution in multiple zones / states over various modules (manage ground-level personnel, gather data & business intelligence, implement branding & communication strategy), interact with & manage client side stakeholders / local points of contact, and spot potential problem areas where Jarvis can create further value for the client. You will lead teams across multiple states each of 120-150 people.

Responsibilities

- Strategize long / short term action plan for the clients, in conjunction with Jarvis senior mgmt.

- Be the localised consulting outfit for all zone / state wide client needs providing strategic input

- Effectively coordinate with the Central Team 24X7 to ensure organisation-wide coherence

- Showcase proactive stakeholder mgmt. to ensure positive long-term relationship with our clients

- Identify valuable opportunities to provide customised solutions to client during local engagements

- Create & enforce project plans, milestones, timelines, resource needs etc. to nail implementation

- Manage the local administration function, refining processes and systems wherever possible

- Ensure daily operational performance reporting for higher mgmt. and clients, showcasing day-byday progress of the projects / new initiatives

Desired Profile :

- 6-8 years experience in handling large ground operations teams in ConsumerTech / FMCG etc.

- Undergraduate / postgraduate from premier institutes like IIT / IIM / NLS / TISS / IIScR / NID

- Hands on sales experience / P&L mgmt. / business development for large organization or vertical

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and / or accounts in a large scale startup is a plus

- Strong Analytical Skills, should be comfortable with numbers and have intermediate skills in Excel

- Bonus points for strong grasp on political landscape in India
