Position: As the Central Associate Director (Operations), you will be based out of the Central campaign base with your team working like our in-house ‘Flying Squad’ / ‘Crisis Specialists’. You will take ownership of smooth operations across all the zones and assist our nationwide network with urgent client side stakeholder management, data gathering, business intelligence, dissemination of campaign messaging and last minute support for any other urgent needs / escalations. You will lead a team of 20-35 people.


Responsibilities :


- Strategize long / short term roadmaps for the client, in conjunction with Jarvis senior management


- Define processes and comprehensive plans of action for imminent / ad-hoc client needs


- Create project plans, milestones, timelines, resource needs etc. to streamline implementation


- Build scenario-specific plans for all possible outcomes/events during last-mile campaign execution


- Act like the in-house expert for crisis mgmt. / last minute assistance to both central & zonal teams


- Coordinate cross functionally with zonal ops., central tech / communications teams & vendors


- Ensure daily operational performance reporting for higher mgmt. and clients, showcasing day-byday progress of the projects / new initiatives


- Showcase proactive stakeholder mgmt. to ensure positive long-term relationship with our clients

Desired Profile


- 6-8 years experience in handling large operations teams in Logistics/ConsumerTech/FoodTech etc.


- Undergraduate / postgraduate from premier institutes like IIT / IIM / NLS / TISS / IIScR / NID


- Hands on experience in account mgmt. / event handling for large scale organizations or verticals


- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and / or accounts in a large scale startup is a plus


- Strong Analytical Skills, should be comfortable with numbers and have intermediate skills in Excel


- Bonus points for strong grasp on political landscape in India
