Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Conduct needs analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.

- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for IT projects.

IT Operations Management:

- Manage and lead IT teams including - network admin, system admin, security, and vendor payments.

- Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network management.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

- Security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data using endpoint protections.

- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to mitigate risks.

- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards.

Digital Transformation:

- Identify and implement new technologies to enable digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.

- Lead the adoption of new technologies and facilitate change management processes.

Project Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within budget and timelines.

- Manage project stakeholders, including communication and conflict resolution.

Vendor Management:

- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

- Evaluate vendor performance and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Team Development:

- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing IT talent.

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities for team members.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the IT team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Extensive experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and operations.

- Proven leadership skills in leading and motivating IT teams.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing, network architecture, cybersecurity, and data management.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to think strategically and align IT initiatives with business goals.

- Project management expertise and ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
