Sales Planning and Budgeting :
- Developed and managed sales budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve sales objectives while controlling costs.
- Will be managing 200+ individuals overall north region and ensuring revenue generation.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals.
- Involve in strategizing Business with Business Owners.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Accountable for the P&L.
- Developing, executing strategic and operational plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Achieving the monthly targets in a high-pressure performance driven competitive environment.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Interviewing and training new team member, assigning specific tasks to other team members, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
- Motivating the team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition.
- Develop unique strategies with CXO's to make the team S&M positive which eventually lead to make the vertical P&L positive.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Providing regular performance feedback to the sales team.
- Implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
