Job Summary:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the lateral recruitment and campus strategy and execution across Jaro Education. You will manage hiring processes for multiple departments while ensuring a smooth, engaging, and efficient candidate experience. This role demands an individual with strong expertise in scale-up hiring, leadership, campus recruitment, and early career talent management.

What will you do:

Hiring & Recruitment Strategy:

- Lead the volume hiring process for a range of roles (sales, inside sales, operations, etc.) with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

- Develop and implement scalable recruiting strategies to meet the organization's hiring goals. Strong data analytics and representation will be a plus

Team Leadership & Management:

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruitment team. Ensure they are equipped with the right tools, training, and resources to effectively support the organization's recruitment needs.

Campus & Early Career Recruitment:

- Develop and execute strategies to attract early career talent, including internship programs, campus recruitment drives, and partnerships with Tier B schools.

Sales/Inside Sales Hiring:

- Oversee the hiring of volume sales roles (inside sales, B2B, etc.), ensuring we attract high-caliber candidates who can thrive in a target-driven, high-performance environment.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and forecast recruitment requirements. Provide regular updates and insights into recruitment metrics and talent trends.

Employer Branding:

- Enhance Jaro Education's employer brand to attract top talent through social media, campus engagement, and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Process Improvement:

- Continuously assess and improve the recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, speed, and quality of hire.

Diversity & Inclusion:

- Foster an inclusive recruitment process that attracts a diverse range of candidates and champions diversity initiatives.

What we are looking for:

- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in high-volume hiring, particularly in sales or inside sales functions.

- At least 4+ years of experience in managing teams, with demonstrated leadership skills.

- Strong experience in early-career and campus recruitment, with a focus on good business schools.

- Proven expertise in using recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, hiring managers, and external partners.

- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, preferably in education, technology, or service sector.

- A post-graduate degree or MBA preferred.

- Strong understanding of HR metrics and the ability to analyze and report on key recruitment data.
