Position Overview:

- We are looking for an energetic and highly presentable B2B Corporate Sales Manager to join our Mumbai team.

- The successful candidate will excel in communication and possess a robust background in new client acquisition and lead generation.

- This role is crucial for expanding our client base and driving growth in the corporate education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition:

- Identify and target potential corporate clients for our educational programs.

- Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.

- Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to corporate needs.

Lead Generation:

- Proactively generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

- Maintain and manage detailed records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

- Create and execute effective lead generation campaigns to drive new business.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies for the education sector.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals and contracts to potential clients.

- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key corporate decision-makers.

- Provide outstanding customer service and promptly address client inquiries.

- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, educational needs, and competitor activities.

- Analyze market demands and client needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

- An MBA is a plus.

Experience:

- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, particularly in the education sector, with a focus on new client acquisition and lead generation.

Skills:

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Highly presentable with a professional and engaging demeanor.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
