Job Description:
- To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales & Revenue
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Achieving the monthly targets in a high-pressure performance driven competitive environment
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Interviewing and training new team member, assigning specific tasks to other team members, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
- Motivating the team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition.
- Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner. Check and build participation interest in various Executive education programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions.
- Develop unique strategies with CXO's to make the team S&M positive which eventually lead to make the vertical P&L positive.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Providing regular performance feedback to the sales team.
- Implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
