- Interviewing and training new team member, assigning specific tasks to other team members, and monitoring the team's sales performance.

- Motivating the team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition.

- Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner.

Check and build participation interest in various Executive education programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions.

- Develop unique strategies with CXO's to make the team S&M positive which eventually lead to make the vertical P&L positive.

- Collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Providing regular performance feedback to the sales team.

- Implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

- Should have handled a team of 30-40 members.

- Should have minimum 3yrs team leading experience.

- Experience from Edtech is mandatory.
