JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Completion of audits as per the scheduled plan and for the quarter.
2. Completion of planned & allocated pre-audit exercise as per plan (Cumulative) vis--vis No. of completed audits as per plan (Cumulative)
3. No of qualitative reports submitted on time for review and publishing at Audit HO
4. Quality of interaction with Customers and Auditee in extracting data /information required for smooth completion of audit.
5. Pro active flagging of process likely to result in fraud and revenue loss.
6. Concluding the audits with appropriate and conclusive discussion with the Auditee's to ensure no disputes on the audit scores
7. Ensuring submission of special audit report incase of deviation noticed during the course of audit.
8. Timely submission of TA bills.
9. Suggest for process improvement based on field audit experience.
10. Handholding/on the job training to new joinee.
11. Participation in thematic audit /pre branch opening audit and timely submission of reports
12. Participate and present in monthly review meeting conducted with ICAF and Business teams at least twice a year.
13. Identify 2 areas related to JFS operations for training, inform the same to the Regional Head to arrange for the training
