JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for driving acquisition of Bulk Fixed Deposits, CASA and revenue generating mandates for achieving the defined individual targets and productivity parameters across key result areas
- Relationship Management with officials / decision making authorities in of Trusts, Association, Society, NGOs, Clubs, Non-profit and Social Impact organizations
- Deepening of Relationships and cross-sell of other products/services of the bank
- Addressing service requirements of clients and resolution of queries/complaints within defined TAT
- Coordinate and collaborate with branches and other divisions of the bank towards achieving business goals.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Candidate to be a Graduate. MBA/Post-Graduate will be preferred
- 6-8 years experience in relevant functional area and industry
- Good Communications - Oral / Written and Inter Personal Skills
- Knowledge of Trusts, Association, Society, NGOs, Clubs and Social Impact products
- Ability to negotiate deals, with the ability to interact with people at different levels of the client organizations
Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
