PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The role of a RM-Premium Relationships (SSO) is to acquire Bulk Deposits/CASA from Social Sector Organizations (Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs and Non-profit Organizations, Social Impact Organisations, NOA, monitor and address client's banking requirements, providing service related to existing products, client service issue resolution in defined TAT and cross-selling of various products & services offered by bank for generation fee through third party products, fee based mandates and non-fund based activities. Formulate sales plan to acquire new customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio and enhancing value of existing relationships.
KRA's AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Sourcing new Trust/Social Impact/NGO/HNI, NRI, Corporate/FI customers, cross-selling products: Savings, TD, Recurring Deposits for HNIs, Grow portfolio profitability, Focus on business development and growing revenues, Achieve growth in relationship value, Achievement of product-wise targets, Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client's personal data
- Ensuring service quality and deepening customer relationship
- Adherence to the process, Adhering to KYC Norms, Adherence to the laid down systems and procedures in business, Completion on No. of Accounts sourcing.
Education Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate
Prior Experience: 6+ years banking experience preferably handling TASC
Any Domain Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Banking - Branch Banking and Institutional Banking
Language skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written) + regional language
