Financial:
- Monitor and reduce the avg cost per hire for the region
Customers:
- Ensure New Joinees are integrated with the Janalakshmi Culture through a consistent & comprehensive On boarding program, Implement HR Policies, programs and processes in a timely, consistent and effective manner to provide employees with an attractive and conducive workplace.
- Partner with business at the region to help meet the set goals and objectives within the defined guidelines of the organisation
Process:
- Ensure adherence to regional compliance and audit processes already defined by the organisation
- Drive the region to ensure adherence to all the timelines defined for end to end HR related activities
- Provide required HR data analysis for region
People:
- Partner with Learning & Development team to identify training needs for respective functions at the region and ensure execution
- Build strong Connect by implementing the engagement programs at the region
- Influence the regional leadership team to adapt and follow the organisation culture and focus on harnessing the internal pool of talent
Prerequisites:
- PDGBM/MBA
- 5-8 years of prior experience in HR
- 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering role
