- Preparing the Annual Business Plan and Value added products of the company for the branches of their cluster
- Ensuring to achieve the top and bottom line targets set for the Cluster
- Ensure for monitoring operating costs for the Cluster by analyzing the profit and loss accounts on a regular basis.
- Monitoring 100% audit compliance in the Cluster and ensuring the response reaches within prescribed time.
- Monitoring 100% collections on a monthly basis to avoid slippage of accounts which will directly influencing the profitability of the branches
- Setting Up goals for the repartees in the cluster and the performance management process and the promotions
- Recommending appropriate action for violations of the norms of the company by any employee in the cluster.
- Organizing the refresher training on a regular basis share the changes happening in the policies and procedures.
- Creating a brand loyalty in the customers by giving timely services to the Customer
