Janalakshmi - Business Intelligence Manager

Salary Range: 750000 - 850000

- To support zonal and regional business by providing business intelligence in the form of summarized data, reports and analysis.

- Ensure that information provided is accurate and is timely.

- Understand key business metrics and provide data-driven insights to help business achieve their targets.

- Making presentations at various forums to highlight key business trends and issues.

- Help with driving a data-driven business culture across the organization, and in providing training to various employees regarding data and report usage.

- Working with other functions, especially Information technology and Operations, to ensure that underlying data and reports are accurate and provided in a timely manner.

Requirements:

A postgraduate with with minimum 3 years prior experience in Banking/ Financial Services Industry (must have worked in Business Intelligence or MIS Reporting domain.)

Expertise in MS Office, BI Tools & SQL knowledge for data extraction is a must.
