Janalakshmi - Assistant Manager - HR Analytics

Salary Range: 6.5 - 9 LPA

Research, analyse, and present data as assigned

- Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics

- Meet with management to discuss and clarify requests for projects, highlight issues, and make recommendations to address issues and priorities

- Support the Central & Zonal HC teams and business with relevant business analysis around key talent/people processes, diversity initiatives

- Work through raw data to identify patterns to support or challenge the hypothesis Project / Ad Hoc Support

- Write detailed reports and make oral presentations to management

- Look for data discrepancies, Troubleshoot data and reports

- Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs

- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
