Job Description :
- Monitor Operations Risk together with the business by building a sustainable competitive advantage and fully integrating risk management in daily business activities and strategic planning.
- Handle the Incidents reported, perform first level analysis and assign to relevant team for further investigation.
- Maintain the end to end tracker for incidents and provide periodic MI to various stakeholders.
- Understand and assess the operations risk due to changing business environment
- Appraise on the changing risk environment and identify and implement mitigating actions
- Provide guidance on how effective operational risk management can be achieved
- Maintain regular dialogue to ensure assurance work is carried out in accordance with the consideration of relevant business risks and issues.
- Advise and support product, change projects including (new) product review process
Requirements :
- Relevant experience required in Banks or other financial services industry
- Prior Operational risk management experience.
- A clear understanding of the industry's approach to the management of operational risk, or equivalent experience gained in other organizations.
- Sound judgment and courage necessary to perform a control role and maintain effective working relationships.
Salary offered: 7-10LPA
