Strategic Alliances Specialist
What we are looking for :
We are scouting for Alliance Partnership professional for Mumbai Location with 3 - 7 years of experience in online industry.
Purpose of the Role :
Purpose is to add value to a company by extending its accounts to company partners. Relationships with these partners must remain well managed and mutually beneficial to both companies. The main objective of an alliance manager is to increase long-term revenue as well as performance of the company.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Should target relevant brands for potential partnerships both strategic and tactical
- Should initiate & lead the conversations to ensure successful closure and converting plans into action
- Develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners in all solutions areas
- Knowledgeable of the partner's propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities.
- Ensures partner account of the vision, strategies and capabilities of the alliance.
- Maintains updates to the partner of the latest developments of their alliance account.
- Develops and executes attainable and strategy plans with the market needs.
- Builds multi-level relationships with its partners including those in the executive level.
- Should recognize integration opportunities within the existing product offering, keeping the consumer experience as core
- Liaising with internal teams - tech, product, marketing & finance/legal to ensure delivery
- Will be responsible for negotiating commercials and legal terms (if any) with the partners
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Strong communications skills, ability to negotiate at all levels
- Good at building & maintaining relationships
- Strong towards negotiation skills
- Should be a quick learner and be able to swiftly grasp the overall business and product ecosystem
- Must be a self-starter and should be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be comfortable in adapting to a rapidly changing business environment
- Knowledge-seeker : Incumbent should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities in Digital Marketing.
- Quick learner: Should be able to quickly understand new features/technology and implement the same.
- Team player & Ownership: Should be a team-player with strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned.
Qualification:
- M.B.A / B.Tech / Engineering / Master in any streams preferably towards Marketing/Sales.
- Preferred minimum 3 years of work experience in building alliances within the marketing framework
Reporting to: Senior Management
Compensation: Negotiable and will depend on your contributions and what you bring to the table.
