Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and developing strategic plans to enhance market presence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the socks division.
- Lead and manage a team to achieve business objectives and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the textile or leather industry.
