We are looking for a Head - Online marketing who can help us accelerate our growth and take it to a new high.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, executing and delivering the company’s digital/online marketing strategy, through key marketing channels.
- Managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, SEO & SEM
- To review/analyse the performance of all sites and for campaign reporting. To ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed along with delivery of ROI
- To develop and execute solid plans to increase page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site ‘stickiness’ to encourage repeat usage
- To implement and monitor SEO and PPC strategy to drive traffic and conversion rates
Responsible for the following channels:
- Desktop Marketing Channels: Affiliate Networks, Direct Affiliate Partners and Re-marketing Campaigns across platforms
- Mobile Marketing - Paid Search, FB, Remarketing campaigns
- Email campaigns
- Social Media campaigns
- Work with the creative team to come out with effective campaigns
- Meet the set input (CPC and Clicks) and output goals (ROI)
- Onboard new Affiliates on an ongoing basis.
Desired background:
- 4+ years of work experience in Internet Marketing predominantly in the internet / eCommerce space with hands-on experience on PPC campaigns and Affiliate Marketing.
- An analytical mind is needed.
- Engg/MBA from an institute of repute would be preferred.
- Preferred Industries: ecommerce, Dotcoms, Technology.
- Google background would be an advantage
- SEO exposure would be an advantage
- Ability to make decisions independently/propensity to make calculated risks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Should be passionate about the Internet space with an understanding of the technology
