Position Title : Senior Account Manager - Strategic Sales

Location : Maharashtra , Karnataka & Tamil Nadu

About Jai Kisan :

- Jai Kisan was founded with the vision of making financial inclusion a reality for rural individuals and businesses. Jai Kisan today provides digital financial services starting with credit for online and offline, income generating, rural commerce transactions.

- Informal credit by the merchant or seller is an expectation for customers and not a value-added service in rural India. Lack of formalized credit poses a dire and imperative challenge for rural businesses to grow.

- Jai Kisan has leveraged the captive relationship between the business and the farmer and rural individuals in a B2B2C manner to deploy credit to farmers and rural individuals in a sustainable manner working with 700+ organized and unorganized entities in the space with a cumulative customer base of over 1.5 lakh rural individuals including farmers. Jai Kisan has raised $4mn in pre series A (2020) and $30mn in series

- A funding (2021) led by marquee institutional financial investors (Mirae Asset, Blume and Ark am, amongst others) and strategic investors (Nabard and Syngenta).

What we are looking for is an ability to :

- Maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers and onboard new clients for supply chain finance or factoring programs

- Drive business by building a pipeline of new business opportunities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and stick to them +/- 5%

- Liaise with cross functional departments to ensure brand consistency

- Manage complex sales cycle without compromising customer experience

- Provide a consultative solutions sales experience to the prospects

- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

- Proactively assesses, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating involvement of all necessary company personnel.

- Develop and implement strategy initiatives with the focus on increasing sales and traction with channel partners along with the means to increase repeat sales and develop sticky relationships.

What do we look for in the candidate to be one of us :

- 5 to 7 years in an enterprise sales environment, preferably in a service company

- Proven track record of selling to senior management

- Strong analytical skills

- Forecasting and pipeline management skills

- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment is a MUST

- Execution Orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes.

- Flexibility to work the required hours / take calls after hours (MUST)

- Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related field preferred.

- Ability to build a rapport with the prospective customer over the phone

- End to end sales and service skills (not just a Cold Caller)
