ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Warehouse Operations:  - The ideal candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations including Inventory management, stock inbound & put-away, order fulfillment, return processing, etc. In addition, he/she will be responsible for managing and driving operational initiatives; legal compliances and cost control  - The role will also be responsible for improving order fulfillment TAT, fulfillment accuracy  - Audit & Compliance : Managing Audit & Compliance is imperative and this role will be handling the same end to end.  - Cost Management : Responsible for managing overall Warehouse Cost  - Employee Satisfaction: The role will be responsible for driving the Culture and employee satisfaction in the warehouses across the country. He/ She will coordinate with members and supervise efficient working of teams in a seamless manner.  - Inventory management ensuring zero pilferage. Safeguarding of warehouse operations by monitoring procedures and protocols while ensuring that productivity targets are met constantly.  - Responsible for managing a large team with constant mentoring, training and guidance.  DESIRED SKILLS :  Stakeholder Management : The desired candidate should have a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand  Influencing skills : The desired candidate should possess strong influencing skill to manage a large workforce, business partners and vendors.  Warehouse experience : Should have managed multiple / big sized (~1 Lakh sq feet) warehouses and managed 500 plus manpower.  Interpersonal skills : Should have excellent people, vendor and team management skills.  Analytical Mind Set : The ability to interpret and analyze data in order to develop strategies and bring improvements.
