ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall forecasting and demand planning at an organizational level to enable delivery of target sales and margins across categories through sell through management and inventory cover
- Keeping a check on the overall inventory planning
- Liaising with respective category planners/ category teams to ensure sales growth and profitability
- Provide category/Purchase Type allocation of budget to each category for the season
- Margin maximization, cost optimization and other initiatives to reduce cash burn
- Conduct analysis and manage multiple project streams
- Provide strategic and analytical assistance
- Be involved with data collection, analysis, insight, reporting
- Engage in stakeholder management
- Aid in identification and analysis of opportunities and risks
