iYogi - Solution/Senior Solution/Principal Architect - Internet of Things

Job Description:

M2M or IoT architect will be responsible for the architecture of overall IoT cloud platform, M2M products, services & features. Generation of domain level design and requirement specifications that can be used to develop and launch new M2M propositions based on the new technology.

Qualification, Experience & Technical Requirements:

- BSc/MSc/MCA degree in computer science/telecommunications or related discipline with strong technology experience and emphasis on application & architecture development.

- Minimum 10 Years of Experience in MS Azure, NoSQL/ Mongo, BigTable/BigData,MVC 6.0 or above, Application encryption & MongoDB.

- Sound knowledge of Java & J2EE: Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, JMS, Servlet, JSP, JMX, EJB, Web Services, SOAP, Rest, Apache software stack such as CXF, commons, etc.

- Sound knowledge of Internet/web technologies, such as web browsers/servers, AJAX, HTTP, HTML/XML, JavaScript, CSS, XSL/XSLT, XPATH etc. Good understanding of web-based service-level interaction, ability to debug/trace low level HTTP(s) data interchange.

- Sound knowledge of M2M solutions and services with business intelligence at an architectural/technical level, especially in the AEP space

- Rackspace Cloud, OpenStack, and EC2 is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Architecting, design, and implementation of the M2M Service Delivery Platform (SDP) services and data store subsystems.

- Developing architectural designs using several of the following enterprise building blocks: Oracle ESB/OSB, Java, SOAP/REST/JMS, Data Analytics, Big Data DBs, Intelligence Reporting engines, Device Management, API Engines, Service Creation Environment designs, SaaS platform creation,, Java, C#/.NET, WCF custom transport, and enterprise systems.

- Architect, strategize & design for globally distributed enterprise IT, internet, mobile and/or communications technology.

- Delivering full E2E application architecture functions in the IT industry.

- Architect and deploy cloud-based systems that meet the stringent performance and availability requirements of the telecom ecosystem.

- Maintain a current understanding of emerging technologies and trends in database and data store NOSQL, caching, cloud service, storage solutions, and other data center technologies.

- Strong networking and telecommunication experience, TCP/IP networking and general mobile communications, theories and practices.

- Develop RESTful web-services that can support high-volume transactions.

- Lead IOT testing and debugging of Post-Launch devices working closely with field test teams and network teams

- Handle M2M or device to device, Telematic Solutions, Firmware programming, Machine Learning
