Elucidata is looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys both long-term strategic thinking and the short-term rewards of getting tactical things done in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. We are looking for someone who can build a world class hybrid organization working across geographies. We are looking for someone excited about building a deep-tech SaaS company working in drug discovery. The role is responsible for driving organizational people strategy by leading high impact projects with the business functions and internally within the Human resources team.

At Elucidata, our mission is to deliver ML-ready multi-omics data to R&D teams globally via our proprietary cloud platform Polly. Polly has enabled the detection of multiple validated drug targets and identified eight drug targets across immunology, oncology, and metabolomic disorders. Polly enables discovery programs at Pfizer, Agios Pharmaceuticals, Genentech, and Yale and has 35+ research partners from premier biopharma companies and research labs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive strategies to connect the team to our vision and align people with our values and business goals.

- Oversee development and management of scalable HR processes that balance employee experience with compliance and legal requirements.

- Provide ongoing support to founders / leaders in employee relations, performance management, advising on internal policies, etc.

- Administer employee benefits programs including on-boarding, upskilling, career development, health insurance and handle any inquiries.

- Champion engagement and employee experience programs to support employee motivation and retention and assist in building a robust employment brand.

- Jump into the data and make data-driven plans for organisational improvements.

- Empower managers so they can come up with scalable solutions to engage, retain, develop and reward their employees.

- Quickly and effectively respond to inquiries, problems, or complaints from managers or individual employees.

Your Profile:

- 4+ years of relevant experience with an MBA in HR or related degree.

- Prior experience in a startup, or a fast growing SaaS organization is desirable

- Experience with full-cycle talent management programs, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding best practices

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to build deep ongoing relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders at all levels

- Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity with a strong sense of accountability

- Problem solver who is entrepreneurial by nature - knows how to lead with passion and empathy and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
