Recruitment Head

Role:

We are looking for a senior Recruiter to help our portfolio companies bring relevant talent on-board for their fast-paced and growing businesses.

Your responsibilities include the following:

- Manage the recruitment activity as a Center of Excellence (CoE) primarily for (but not limited to) senior level candidates (beginning with 10+ years of work-experience)

- Perform the role of a consultant for portfolio companies and understand/articulate role requirements

- Source candidates from your professional network and/or other sources

- Screen, shortlist and evaluate (via online or personal interviews) potential candidates according to the role requirements

- Facilitate interactions between portfolio companies and potential/shortlisted candidates

- Collaborate with portfolio companies for candidate onboarding as required

- Build a recruitment services vertical/CoE for non-portfolio companies for a fee

- Manage the internal recruitment process at all levels

Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources from a premier institute

Skills:

- Familiarity with e-commerce, FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, DeepTech, ConsumerTech, EnterpriseTech, SaaS, FMCG etc.

- Proven track record of recruiting senior level candidates (including CXOs)

- Proven track record of recruiting technology professionals (including CIO/CTOs)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Stakeholder management

- Proficiency in MS-Office

Work Experience:

- 15-18 years

- Proven track record in Private Equity, Venture Capital or Start-up environment

- Bangalore, Mumbai or Remote
