Job Title : Chief of Staff (CEO Office)

Role Description :
- The Chief of Staff to the CEO serves as a trusted advisor and right-hand person to the CEO, ensuring the efficient operation of the CEO's office, managing critical projects, and acting as a key liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders.
- This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Execution :
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
- Oversee the execution of key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide strategic input and analysis on major decisions and organizational changes.
Executive Support :
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for the CEO, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for all engagements.
- Draft and review correspondence, speeches, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
Leadership & Team Coordination :
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Assist in the coordination of leadership team meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and following up on action items.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to address organizational challenges or opportunities.
Stakeholder Management :
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with the CEO's objectives.
- Represent the CEO in meetings or events as needed, ensuring the CEO's perspectives and priorities are conveyed.
Operational Efficiency :
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO's office and broader organization.
- Implement processes and systems to streamline operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance productivity.
- Monitor organizational performance metrics and provide regular updates to the CEO.
Crisis Management :
- Provide support during times of crisis, ensuring the CEO has accurate and timely information to make informed decisions.
- Coordinate crisis response efforts, including communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.
Special Projects :
- Lead or support special projects as assigned by the CEO, providing project management, research, and analysis.
- Ensure that special projects align with the organization's strategic priorities and contribute to overall success.
Qualifications :
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree from IIM is preferred.
Experience :
- 10- 12 years of experience in a senior management or strategic role, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives is essential.
Skills :
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
