Position details - Responsible to achieve the assigned targets for the Region. - Leading collection team. - Drive performance through Collection team - Maintain good inter personal relationship with Collection team / Customers - Regular periodic review on the activities and output - Compliance of collection policy and process - Legal Action plan and Execution of the tools - Achieving monthly target - Ensure timely &amp; accurate submission of daily, weekly &amp; monthly reporting of collections update to respective teams and management - Should be able to travel throughout the region frequently.
