- Driving the end to end recruitment within the campus area.

- Implement campus strategy at Pan India

- Create and execute strategy for the recruitment year including all campus events and relationship activities

- Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with target university/college stakeholders as well as drive intern to graduate conversion.

- Handling recruitment for different Channel partners at pan India.

- Promotions & Event Planning.

- Recruiting through Campus drives, Job Fairs, Employment Exchange, NGO, Placement Consulting.

- Liasioning with the HR of different Banks.

- Counselings students about BFSI Sector and training them.

- Travelling to different cities & states of the country for Hiring from different campus.

- Handling entire recruitment process.
